As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, including both indoor and outdoor areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual circumstances as per site protocols.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.

Remain alert to potential risks within a financial institution environment and communicate concerns to appropriate personnel.

Support Allied Universal and client management by maintaining a visible presence and providing information or assistance to employees, visitors, and / or customers as needed.

Follow all Allied Universal and client site procedures, including documentation and reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
