EDI Specialist

A company is looking for an EDI Specialist to support enterprise-level initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the integration of customers into the EDI platform, including application configuration and communication setup

Act as a QA Engineer by processing orders for quality assurance purposes and resolving Level 1 support issues

Identify and implement process improvements and collaborate with internal and external partners to meet documented requirements

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of EDI or integration experience, with at least 3 years coordinating and configuring integration activities

Strong knowledge of integration standards and data mapping (EDI X12, XML)

Comprehensive understanding of networking and system architecture (FTP, SFTP, HTTPS, AS2, web services)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and communicate status to management
