FTL Service Technician

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with commercial access control systems and / or CCTV installations and troubleshooting . This role involves servicing, maintaining, and upgrading security systems at client sites, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and service commercial access control and CCTV systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in the field.
• Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure timely and quality service.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service calls and system configurations.
• Stay current with industry standards and emerging technologies.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00 / hr.
