Board Certified - REQUIRED

Active OH license & DEA - HIGHLY Preferred , willing to consider IMLC

BLS - REQUIRED

Flu Vaccine - REQUIRED at time of credentialing

COVID Vaccine - Preferred

Availability for ALL listed dates - Preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Setting : Outpatient adult cancer patients

Hospital Outpatient Department, Cancer Center, & Radiation Oncology

EMR System : EPIC and Mosaiq documentation systems

Required Procedures :

Conventional Radiotherapy

3D Radiotherapy

Photon Beam Radiation Therapy

Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)

External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT

External Beam Radiation - IGRT

External Beam Radiation - IMRT
