Job Description
Must-Have Technical / Functional Skills
- Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud experience; Salesforce technical certifications highly preferred.
- Background in banking / financial services is an added advantage.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce org merge, integrations, and data migration / data quality design .
- Proven experience designing and developing software components with deep understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) .
- Hands-on Salesforce.com integration across multiple business systems; experience with integration tools.
- Proficiency in Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Apex, Java, JavaScript, XML for CRM solution development.
- Strong skills in Apex APIs, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes , and implementing end-to-end Salesforce instances from scratch.
- Practical deployment experience with Visualforce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex Web Services, API, AppExchange deployments, S-controls .
- Ability to define system landscape , identify gaps, and architect scalable CRM solutions.
- Experience with Workflow Rules, Alerts, Approval Processes , and end-to-end automation within Salesforce.
- Additional programming experience in J2EE, HTML, XML, SQL, Oracle .
- Strong knowledge of data migration, ETL / integration design , and data governance best practices.
Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver quick Proof of Concepts (POCs) for solution validation.Perform hands-on work within the existing Salesforce implementation.Collaborate closely with business users and IT stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution alignment.Manage and strengthen relationships with business teams, end clients, and leadership stakeholders.Lead and coordinate onsite-offshore teams , ensuring seamless execution across time zones.Provide strong reporting on program / project status; deliver clear, structured presentations to leadership.Ensure overall solution quality, performance, and adoption across Salesforce modules.Generic Managerial Skills
Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.Ability to lead workshops with IT and business stakeholders.Strong leadership, team-building, and coordination capabilities.
