FS&C services are designed to strengthen families so they can thrive and become self-reliant. FS&C Intervention Specialists work toward this goal by building trusting relationships that recognize the challenges that can impede growth, while helping families identify their own strengths that can help them move forward.

FS&C Specialists have a deep knowledge of ODHS and community services that are available, and work as collaborative partners with many different agencies to tailor assistance to best meet the needs of individual families.
