What you'll do :

• Evaluate loan performance metrics, including prepayments, delinquencies, and pipeline projections, to deliver actionable insights.
• Coordinate with investors to share portfolio performance updates, address data inquiries, and support reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with accounting, capital markets, servicing, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Work alongside leadership to improve the precision, clarity, and usefulness of key performance reports.
• Maintain data accuracy by creating validation processes and reconciling information across various systems.
• Lead special analyses, scenario modeling, and in-depth data reviews to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and manage financial and operational models used for forecasting, scenario planning, and portfolio assessments.

The expected range for this role is around $110,000 base salary , with potential flexibility pending leadership approval, plus an annual bonus based on company, individual, and departmental performance. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
