We assist our buyers with financing, renovations, and reselling as well! Founded in 2008, NetWorth Realty has 30 offices in the US with no signs of slowing down! We open 2-3 offices each year.

Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue wholesale real estate opportunities in the local market.
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and other industry professionals.
- Conduct property research, analysis, and due diligence to assess investment potential.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee transactions from acquisition to closing.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and foster a supportive work environment.
- Sell properties from our private off-market inventory.
Requirements :
- Valid real estate license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning and growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
