Required Qualifications

Occupational Therapist, Skilled Experience : 1 year OT-CA Certifications : BLS-AHA(Copy needed) AND Occupational Therapist, Long Term Acute Care AND Occupational Therapist, Acute SSN Required DOB Required References : 1 Reference in entire work history
