Were seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll operations for a dynamic hospitality organization known for delivering exceptional guest and employee experiences. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency across multi-state payroll functions.

What Youll Do

• Manage and process biweekly or semi-monthly payroll for both exempt and nonexempt employees.
• Oversee timekeeping wage adjustments garnishments and payroll reporting.
• Ensure all payroll transactions comply with state and federal regulations.
• Partner with HR and Accounting to streamline processes audit data and reconcile payroll accounts.
• Lead year-end activities including W-2 distribution tax filings and audit support.
• Evaluate payroll systems and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Provide guidance to management and employees on payroll policies and procedures.
