Job Description :

• Prioritize start of care visits.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Mandatory next-day reporting of start of care visits.
• Complete clinical notes and documentation within 48 hours of visit.
• Maintain timely communication with supervisors, intake, and office staff.
• Be generally responsive during normal business hours.
• Territory primarily includes Sacramento but may expand as needed.
• Schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with one weekend per month rotation.
• Training includes three full days : one in-house and two in the field.
• Documentation system used is Kinnser.
• Equipment issued includes an iPad and Verizon One Talk.
• Mileage reimbursement provided per mile from first to last patient.
• Optional company car provision available with adjusted bill rate.
• Productivity requirement set at 30 points per week.
• Point to hourly conversion : 1 point equals 1.33 hours.
• Caseloads and visit mixes per day will average eight hours per day and 40 hours per week.
• Overtime must be pre-approved by the Clinical Supervisor.
