TP Operator - 1st Shift

Velosity Brooklyn Park is searching for a TP Operator role to support our manufacturing facility in Brooklyn Park, MN on our 1st shift. The purpose of the TP Operator role is to successfully work on the 2 different sides of Thermal Plastics : Assembly and Molding. Assemble and build components in accordance with manufacturing and quality assurance procedures and specifications. On the Molding side, ability to operate injection molding machines and perform related component manufacturing operations including inspection, sorting, and trimming of those components in accordance with manufacturing and quality assurance procedures and specifications. This job is performed inside of a Class 7 or Class 8 Cleanroom.

This is an on-site position.

Shift : Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

The typical pay range for this role : $18 .00-$22.00. This role is also eligible for our 5% quarterly bonus target.

This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.
