Sales Associate (Lead Generator FT or PT)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual that can generate in home sales leads among our three Costco install categories : HVAC, Generators, Water Treatment. This position offers reasonably flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make great income.

Compensation : $20 Hourly Part-Time or Full-Time / Plus Spiff for Sold Leads

Fuel : Reimbursement of fuel for travel to and from selected warehouses

Benefits : Full time persons can enroll in medical, dental, vision, vacation, holiday, and 401k w / match per company requirements and contributions.

This is NOT a selling, cold calling or door to door position

Job duties will include :

Speaking to potential customers / homeowners

Gaining potential customer details as leads for our outside sales and comfort advisors

Maintain a high level of professionalism & customer support

Work independently including weekends

Training will be provided

Job Requirements :

Professionalism in the warehouse

Clean professional

Must be High School Graduate & have reliable transportation.

Must be able to stand 20-30 hours a week.

Friendly and approachable

Able to speak clearly and professionally

Strong ability to generate sales
