Job descriptionPrevious line cook or kitchen experience (preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume restaurant). Knowledge of proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation standards. Ability to follow recipes accurately and pay attention to detail. Strong multitasking and time-management skills. Team-oriented with clear communication and a positive attitude. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Passion for Greek or Mediterranean cuisine is a plus!
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare, cook, and plate food items following our established recipes and quality standards.
- Set up and stock your station with necessary supplies and ingredients before each shift.
- Work efficiently under pressure to ensure timely service during busy hours.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and proper handling of ingredients.
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
- Work collaboratively with fellow kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
