As an ARMHS Mental Health Practitioner you will work with our adult clients in our ARMHS (Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services Team) and provide community based services to an at need population. The purpose of the programs is to help individuals who have a mental illness function independently in their homes or places of residence. Services are provided in four areas : Basic Living and Social Skills, Community Intervention, Medication Education and Transitioning to Community Living. We are looking for a compassionate individual who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients we serve.

Responsibilities :

Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to clients and / or their families in the home, community.

Requirements :

Meet the Mental Health Practitioner requirements as per MN State Statute 245I.04.04. These qualifications include the following :

Hold a Master's degree or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields

Candidates who have completed a practicum or internship that requires direct interaction with adults or children served, and is focused on behavioral sciences or related fields may qualify and are encouraged to apply regardless of whether they have 2000 hours of experience

Has completed an accredited graduate program of study to prepare the staff person for independent licensure as a mental health professional

Licensed as a LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP in Minnesota

Additionally, you must meet the following requirements :

Compensation : $22-$23 / HR
