Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Application Analyst with a strong focus on the SAP FI module, specifically in managing comprehensive Record to Report processes. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy of financial data. As the SAP FI R2R Manager, you will work collaboratively with business stakeholders, cross-functional IT teams, and external vendors to deliver effective R2R solutions that align with business and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Record to Report processes, ensuring efficient month-end closes, financial statement preparation, and reporting.
• Possess a deep understanding of the data structures that drive financial transaction accuracy within SAP FI R2R.
• Demonstrate expertise in system configuration, data migration, and data quality assurance in SAP FI R2R.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, and configuration records.
• Work across teams to implement SAP FI R2R solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other modules and systems.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities to ensure successful deployment of SAP S / 4 HANA FI R2R.
• Facilitate effective meetings to promote timely decision-making and project delivery.
• Monitor critical project tasks to ensure quality and mitigate the risk of rework.
• Support training initiatives by creating instructional materials for end-users on SAP FI R2R processes to facilitate smooth adoption.

COMPENSATION

The compensation range for this position is $108,960.00 - $163,440.00, based on relevant experience, skills, location, and other non-discriminatory factors.
