Position Summary
We are looking for a ERP Manager will oversee the strategic planning, implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of the company’s global ERP system, NetSuite. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring the successful candidate to not only direct a team and manage multiple projects, but also actively engage in solution design, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical execution as needed. The role ensures alignment between business objectives and ERP functionality across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing, and Operations, supporting cross-regional scalability and efficiency. The successful candidate will serve as the subject matter expert for all ERP- related matters within the organization and demonstrate the ability to lead by example through both management and practical contribution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :
- Provide management and direction for the setup, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization’s ERP system(s).
- Collaborate with department heads to identify business requirements and translate them into ERP system solutions.
- Manage upgrades, patching, customizations, and integration with third-party systems and peripheral applications.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance for all ERP-enabled processes.
- Develop, implement, and monitor process workflows to optimize operational efficiency.
- Lead process mapping, reengineering, and automation efforts across the business.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, and external ERP vendors.
- Manage and prioritize the ERP project pipeline, including system enhancements and new module deployments.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, saved searches, and advanced reports for department leaders.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Own and perform hands-on troubleshooting, support, and resolution of NetSuite technical issues via the IT ticketing system, including investigating root causes, implementing fixes, and coordinating with vendors or internal teams as needed.
- Support change management initiatives, including communication, end-user training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in
- NetSuite, recommending and implementing improvements as appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of NetSuite administration or management, preferably in a global, multi- entity environment.Proven experience implementing and supporting ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).Strong technical knowledge of ERP system architecture, integrations, and middleware (e.g., SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, APIs).Solid understanding of core business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and CRM.Demonstrated project management experience, including the full lifecycle of ERP implementation.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Experience managing and mentoring teams across multiple geographies and time zones.Strong communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with executive leadership and end-users.Advanced data and process mapping, automation, and reporting skills.Willingness and ability to travel internationally is needed.Preferred Qualifications
ERP or project management certifications (e.g., NetSuite Administrator, PMP, ITIL).Experience supporting manufacturing, logistics, and multi-currency environments.Bilingual in English and Spanish.Experience integrating ERP with CRM, logistics, and ecommerce platforms.Note
