Lead Systems Engineer

Other Responsibilities :

• Deploying new systems / solutions as required.
• Monitor and maintain AJMN’s systems stability and performance, and resolves any impact to service, ensure key performance indicators, and service-level agreements are met.
• Identify and resolve faults, incidents, problems, service requests and change requests from the AJMN Service Desk in a professional manner to agreed service levels.
• React to security incidents by performing necessary operations as determined by the Incident Response team.
• Ensure that problems are documented with detailed diagnosis that is accurate and compliant with existing processes.
• Review implementation plans, solutions designs and critical changes or releases.
• Supervise Senior Systems Engineers and Systems Engineers.
