Edenbrook Sheboygan , a skilled nursing facility, located in Sheboygan, WI, is seeking an experienced and dedicated PM Charge Nurse . The Charge Nurse is instrumental in implementing the day-to-day functions of the nursing department to maintain standards of residents’ care.

Position : PM Charge Nurse

• Schedule : 2 : 00pm to 10 : 30pm
• Shift Differentials : $1.50 / hr. diff per hour

Responsibilities :

This position develops and implements nursing services, objectives, and policies, and procedures by Federal and State regulations as well as local standards and guidelines.

Designs, implements and evaluates nursing systems that ensure consistent delivery of care and maintain and promote resident rights.

Conducts nursing rounds on all units several times per day, including the beginning and end of shift.

Ensures that residents are free from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect.

Education and / or Experience

Degree from an accredited RN / LPN program.

Required ability to use desktop / notebook computers, Microsoft Office products, and various medical equipment.

Prior experience with PCC (Point Click Care) a PLUS!
