Job description

Job Title : IT Business Analyst

Location : Plano, TX

Salary Range : Competitive and commensurate with experience

We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our Global Technology Risk and Regulatory Management team. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple lines of business and gain exposure to executive-level leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience with audit, exam management, and / or compliance
  • Strong project management and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency in SharePoint for managing and editing content
  • Experience with Excel, particularly in creating pivot tables

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's and / or Master's degree
  • CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM certification or similar
  • Experience in operational risk or compliance within the technology sector
  • Knowledge of cyber security or information security domains

    • Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination of complex technical reviews conducted by internal audit and global compliance and operational risk (GCOR)
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and business partners to analyze assessment questions and review technical evidence
  • Ensure complete and accurate responses, and execute review and analysis of identified control deficiencies
  • Interface with all levels of the organization to ensure awareness and understanding of risk and regulatory requirements
  • Manage audits and GCOR reviews independently, understanding audit processes and procedures
