StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $3104.00 - $3360.00

This facility is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : 24-hr call must include minimum of 4 hours gratis
• Practice Setting :  Hospital based
• Types of Cases : 2 hearts / week & 2-3 lungs / week = 5-6 procedures / week, Adult & Geriatric, General Thoracic Surgery
• Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : EPIC
• Certifications Required : Board Certification or Board Eligible
• Licensure Required : Indiana
