Key Responsibilities

Lead complex, multi-squad projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions

Architect and build scalable services using TypeScript / React and Python / Django to support the company's mission

Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence through code reviews, documentation, and process improvements

Required Qualifications

BA / BS degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience

8+ years of professional software development experience

Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects

Expertise in system design and architectural patterns for large-scale applications

Experience in API development using TypeScript / Node.js and / or Python / Django
