Required Skills :

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering roles, with at least 3 years in Lead role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft dynamics CRM testing and automation.
• Strong knowledge of test design techniques, defect lifecycle, and QA metrics tracking.
• Experience with Agile delivery models.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
