Job Title : Customer Service Representative

About the Organization : salesrabbit is the developer of an outside sales application designed for door-to-door and field sales teams. They offer a platform for sales enablement and mobile CRM to automate the sales process support lead generation and management and help clients manage their resources effectively.

Job Responsibilities :

Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone email and chat
Assist clients with product inquiries account management and issue resolution
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to

Essential Qualifications :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools

High school diploma or equivalent

Desired Experience :

1-2 years of experience in a customer service role

Experience in the sales or technology industry is a plus

Salary & Benefits :

Minimum Salary : $25 per hour

Maximum Salary : $35 per hour

Currency : USD

Frequency : Hourly
