Position Summary
The role of the Certified Nurse Assistant reports to the Nurse Supervisor. This position is responsible for providing direct patient care in the Hospice Home or during home visits. and expected to complete all regulatory requirements.

Work Environment : This position will spend 60% of time standing and / or walking short distances while pushing, pulling, lifting, and / or carrying up to 50 lbs. This position will spend 40% of time sitting while performing work in a standard office environment. Frequent local travel required. This position has exposure to communicable disease and bodily fluids. This position will serve a culturally and linguistically patient population.
