Job description
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Representative to provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and resolve technical and end-user application issues
Educate and coach customers on best practices for using products and services
Document all customer interactions and maintain knowledge in Salesforce (CRM)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of customer service or contact center experience
Bilingual in Spanish and English
General automotive knowledge
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
