Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support by resolving customer issues through various contact channels
Document customer interactions and issues in case management systems
Participate in technology update meetings and author technical documentation for the support team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, web design, technical project management, or equivalent
3+ years of technical support delivery experience
Experience in a technical contact center environment with troubleshooting skills
Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite and Salesforce Service Cloud
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
