Job Summary and Responsibilities

• Full time employment with work-life balance
• Reasonable daily patient volume expectations with ample time allotted for each patient (30 minutes per encounter)
• No nights or weekends; no call
• Primary and preventative care including :
• Adults and pediatric patients
• Lab / imaging follow-up appointments
• Management of stable chronic medical conditions, with goal of moving to management of medically complex patients
• Medicare annual wellness exams

$68.00 - $78.00 / hour
