Lab Technician

Job Description

Join a dynamic team dedicated to precision, safety, and innovation in laboratory testing. We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to perform a wide range of analytical and physical tests that support high-quality manufacturing and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analytical and physical tests including corrosion resistance, paint adhesion, plating adhesion, and elemental analysis using UV-Vis Spectrophotometry and Atomic Absorption.
• Prepare and track metal specimens and lab orders, ensuring timely execution of required tests.
• Generate detailed test reports and maintain accurate records of testing procedures and results.
• Monitor chemical process tanks, tagging out those outside specification limits, and communicate issues to shop personnel.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment such as salt spray chambers, and ensure proper cleaning of glassware to prevent cross-contamination.

Requirements

This is a temporary to hire opportunity! Wet Lab experience highly desired.

Nicole Horan is the Regional Branch Manager for HW Staffing Solutions in Nashua, NH. In her position, she oversees the training and development of all office staff and the overall business operations including : client development and management, temporary staffing and recruiting and quality assurance initiatives. Nicole also ensures compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws.Nicole has worked in the temporary staffing industry since 2002, focusing on administrative / professional staffing as well as skilled manufacturing. She has been credentialed by the National Association of Personnel Services as a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist and serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern New England Association of Personnel Services as the legislative committee chair. In addition to her involvement in the staffing industry, serves on the Nashua Chamber of Commerce's Legislative Advocacy Committee.
