Write Repair Order after verifying customer's complaintEffectively and accurately communicate customer complaint on repair orderEnsure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective servicePunctual and dependable team playerTake ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customerProvide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandledWork effectively with technicians and parts department to ensure quality serviceAnswer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairsMaintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standardsReinforce company policies and adhere to company standardsEncourage compliance with applicable laws and regulationsQualifications :
