Project Manager

Job Description : Provides the necessary supervision, direction, coordination and management projects in a manner that is consistent with and meets the demands of the strategic needs of the company.

• Project planning and execution : Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; create timelines, budgets, and resource plans; and oversee the day-to-day execution of projects.
• Stakeholder communication : Serve as the main point of contact, providing regular status reports, presentations, and updates to all stakeholders, including clients and upper management.
• Team leadership : Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, which may include data analysts, engineers, and developers.
• Accountable for the project schedule and monitoring of progress.
• Process improvement : Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental processes and policies for better data management and project efficiency.
• Quality assurance : Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and that all work complies with relevant regulations.
• Implement the departmental guidelines for project execution including contracts, partner requirements and customer service.
• Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the goals.
• Ensure that the productivity and actions of that group meet / support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.

• Experience with project management methodologies like Agile.
• Strong understanding of data management, analysis, and business intelligence, etl, Database principles.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Jira).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a relevant field, such as IT, data science, or analytics.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00 / hr.
