About the Role

As our Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for numerous clients across various industries. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our clients by managing key financial areas and helping prepare essential reports. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, precise work.

Key Responsibilities

Processing and recording financial transaction in both QuickBooks Desktop & QuickBooks On-line.

Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.

Reconciling bank and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.

Preparing Payroll & Sales Tax Returns and handling Tax Filings.

Tracking expenses and monitoring cash flow for our clients.

Collaborating with our accounting team and clients to address financial inquiries and ensure seamless operations.

Required Qualifications

3+ Years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within an account firm setting.

Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Work Schedule

Full-time position ~ 40 hours per week

Potential for busy periods around tax deadlines.
