HELIOS is seeking a highly experienced Financial Systems Analyst to join our team in supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical research and development, testing, evaluation, engineering, and fleet support activities for the Navy's ships, submarines, military watercraft, and unmanned vehicles. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing complex projects within NSWCPD Code 60, which is responsible for the Compatibility Test Facility, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that support national defense.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze and manage financial systems and data to support project planning, budgeting, and reporting within NSWCPD Code 60.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop financial forecasts, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines and federal regulations.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Support audits and financial reviews by maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance financial management efficiency.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures related to project execution.

Possess a current, active SECRET ClearanceExperience working with and handling U-NNPI Information.Must be a U.S. CitizenBachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting from an accredited college or university.Three (3) years of experience in a related field.Experience providing advice and technical assistance in the preparation of annual budgets.Experience measuring organizational performance, assess the effects of various programs and policies on the budget.
