Mercor is training models that predict how well someone will perform on a job better than a human can. Similar to how a human would review a resume, conduct an interview, and decide who to hire, we automate all of those processes with LLMs. Our technology is so effective it's used by all of the top 5 AI labs.

We crossed a $100M revenue run rate and have averaged 59% month over month growth for the last 6 months, making us the fastest growing company in the world. The team is small and we remain extremely profitable because we can't hire great people as fast as revenue is growing. Growth Product Managers at Mercor work at the intersection of product analytics, experimentation, and candidate go-to-market strategy. Your will be responsible for uncovering the highest-leverage levers that accelerate user acquisition, activation, engagement, and revenue; and work with Engineering, Data Science, and GTM teams to turn those insights into compounding growth.

As Mercor's Product Manager in Growth, you will :

• Optimize different performance marketing and organic marketing channels and other levers to ensure we hit the supply goals.
• Understand and optimize the candidate conversion funnels.
• Work on different product areas such as Matching, Application Flow, AI Interviewer, etc.
• Run A / B tests with the Platform Engineering team to turn hypotheses into wins.
• Translate insights into product features and work with the engineering team to deliver them.

The long term goal is to strengthen Mercor's network effects and match top talent with companies faster and more profitably.
