Vice President of Technology

A company is looking for a Vice President of Information Technology to lead technological innovation and business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the strategic vision for the technology department, translating business needs into actionable plans Build and mentor a high-performing technology team while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration Oversee cloud strategy, cybersecurity framework, and the development of advanced analytics and data strategies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred Fifteen (15) + years of progressive experience in technology, specifically in P&C insurance applications Ten (10) + years of experience in the insurance industry with knowledge of business models and profitability drivers Deep understanding of the P&C insurance value chain and industry trends Demonstrated success in leading organizational change initiatives related to technology adoption
