Compensation and Benefits
Anticipated Hiring Salary Range : $10,000 - $11,666 per month
Full CSU Classification Salary Range : $5,053 - $16,221 per month
Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on the strength of qualifications. This is a CSU Management Personnel Plan (MPP) position.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision plans, membership in CalPERS, sick and vacation time, 15 paid holidays, and participation in the fee waiver education program.
Job Summary
The Director of Financial Aid and Scholarships provides strategic leadership, administrative oversight, and policy direction for the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships. This position ensures compliance with federal, state, CSU, and institutional regulations and supports student access and success through equitable distribution of financial resources. The Director works collaboratively across campus to support enrollment management goals and fosters a student-centered service model.

The Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships provides student access to post-secondary education and supports the University's enrollment efforts by administering and / or coordinating all student financial aid programs at California State University, Fresno.
