14175 - Energy Compliance Coordinator (onsite) - Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Start Date : ASAP

Type : Temporary Project

Estimated Duration : 6 months with possible extensions

Work Setting : 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Required :

Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
Experience with NERC compliance standards (e.g. FAC, MOD, PRC, VAR, BAL, COM, EOP);
Experience with commissioning processes for generation facilities;
Experience with utility operations or the power generation industry;
Experience with document management systems and audit processes.

Responsibilities :

Provide technical direction on projects to department or project participants;

Plan, coordinate, and complete large-scale or multiple medium / small, complex, or long-term projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines;

Monitor new developments and / or technology pertaining to projects and recommend changes for improvement;

Coordinate comprehensive documentation packages for new facilities and equipment installations;

Ensure timely transfer of commissioning documentation, test reports, and compliance evidence;

Manage documentation workflows between Engineering, Construction, and Operations teams;

Maintain documentation version control and audit trails throughout the project lifecycle.
