About The Position

Job Title : OR Tech – First Assistant

Shift : 4x10s, 6 : 15 AM – 4 : 45 PM

Call : 1–2x / week + every 3–4 weekends (Fri 4 : 45 PM – Mon 6 : 15 AM)

Job Description :

Seeking an experienced OR First Assistant . Will assist in advanced surgical procedures including cardiac, vascular, general, thoracic, and trauma. Must have strong intraoperative and cardiovascular case experience. Floating within scope required.

Experience : 3–4 years

Certs : BLS required

Experience in : CABG, valve replacements, AAA repair, endoscopic procedures, trauma cases

Charting : Cerner

Floating : Yes, within scope

Locals : Accepted

First-Timers : Accepted

License : Pending accepted

Call-Off Policy : Up to 36 hrs per 13 weeks

Parking : Free with permit

Scrubs : Provided
