About the Role Active Dynamics is seeking an experienced Engineering  Manager at our Novi Michigan facility.

This position will  lead the Novi product line, with a strong focus on ATD and the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.

This position will guide products from the initial customer proposal through to full-scale manufacturing, ensuring exceptional technical execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Own engineering deliverables and performance metrics for quotes, prototypes, and product launches.

Scope and schedule work, delegate tasks, and guide the team in solving customer challenges.

Establish policies and procedures for the group, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Coordinate technical development with the Toronto Tech Center and oversee CAD activities with the India Design Center .

Provide technical leadership, set a vision for product growth, and enhance our value proposition.

Oversee products including exhaust aftertreatment canning and assembly, shields, industrial unit exhaust / air handling units, and various tubular products for markets including military.

Manage and mentor direct reports :

• Product Engineers : Partner with customers to develop design and process proposals, ensuring deliverables meet quality and lifecycle requirements.

Tooling Designers / Engineers :

Skilled in building consensus and leading cross-functional teams.   Contact :
