Manager Of Final Review & Routing

As the Manager of Final Review & Routing, you will serve as the last checkpoint in the Delivery Defects & Enhancements workflow. You will ensure all validated and sized submissions meet quality, governance, and routing standards before moving forward. By leveraging AI-enabled workflow tools, you will drive accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in routing issues to the right customer, driver, or associate teamsminimizing rework, accelerating resolution, and strengthening trust in the intake-to-resolution process.

What you'll do :

Perform final quality reviews : Verify completeness, accuracy, and governance compliance of validated submissions.

Route with precision : Assign defects or enhancements to the correct business or technical teams (Customer, Driver, Associate)

Governance & consistency : Enforce standardized review criteria to ensure uniform handoffs across the Last Mile Delivery Defects and Enhancements organization.

Reduce errors & rework : Identify gaps, misroutes, or inconsistencies and collaborate with Intake and Analytics managers to resolve upstream issues.

Optimize the workflow : Partner with cross-functional leaders to refine review and routing processes for greater speed and accuracy.

What you'll bring :

Strong organizational and governance mindset with a focus on process accuracy.

Familiarity with intake management systems, defect tracking, and project management preferably in fulfillment / logistics.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of requests in a fast-paced environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock.

Minimum qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area. 1 year's supervisory experience.

Preferred qualifications : Supervising Associates Masters : Economics Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification.
