Key Responsibilities

• Develop write and debug CMM inspection programs from CAD models and blueprints.
• Interpret complex engineering drawings CAD data and GD&T specifications for measurement strategies.
• Perform dimensional inspections of manufactured parts using CMM equipment and analyze results.
• Generate comprehensive inspection reports including deviation analysis and statistical data.
• Troubleshoot CMM program errors and optimize existing programs for efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in the design and setup of CMM fixtures to ensure proper part orientation.
• Conduct routine calibration checks and basic maintenance on CMM equipment and probes.
