Job Description

Job Title : Emergency Medicine Physician

Experience : EM Board Eligible after successful completion of accredited residency or Family Medicine / Internal Medicine with 3 years of experience for FSEDs only.

License : Active medical license

Certifications : EM Board Eligible or equivalent

Must-Have : Proficiency in all emergency care procedures including Central Access, Arterial Line, Lumbar Puncture, Intubation, Pacing, Orthopedic stabilization, etc.

Description :

Provider must be willing to work at associated facilities.

This position is a response to staffing shortages.

The anticipated start is as soon as possible.

There is no call involved in this position.

On-site coverage will include weekends and nights.

Average patient volume varies based on location and shift, with most facilities seeing around 2 patients per hour.

Common cases include abdominal pain, chest pain, and various other urgent care situations.

The role includes collaboration with advanced practice providers depending on shift and time of day.

Emergency privileges will be available.

Support staff includes coverage from advanced practice providers based on location and shift.

The facility operates as a Level 2 Trauma Center with varying case acuity.

Credentialing will be expedited for qualifying candidates.
