Adult Critical care experience.

High volume busy ED with trauma experience.

Description :

Position is for a Registered Respiratory Therapist.

Responsibilities include caring for respiratory patients throughout various areas of the hospital, including critical care units and emergency departments.

The patient ratios are based on a point system and dependent on staffing.

Equipment includes ventilators and devices for high flow oxygen.

The facility provides compassionate medical and specialty care with a focus on advanced certifications.

A strong and confident therapist with good time management skills is preferred.

Willingness to assist coworkers is important.

Candidates should be comfortable with blood gas draws and interpretation.

Scrub color is black, in accordance with facility dress code standards.

Pediatric patients are stabilized and then transferred to a sister hospital.

A variety of extracurricular activities and attractions are available in the surrounding area.
