Overview

BlueWater Federal is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support DISA operations in the Columbus, Ohio area. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders.

Responsibilities

  • Enter the service request details into DISA Storefront (DSF) to initiate a telecommunications request.
  • Perform customer interaction with exceptional service before / after DISA Storefront (DSF) entry.
  • Engage with the customer to provide assistance if the service request is incomplete or requirements are unclear.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree is preferred.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • 2+ years of IT experience, preferably within telecom provisioning.
