We're hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk to support daily operations within a high-volume shared services team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you'll play a key role in the disbursement and payment processes that support the success of a respected healthcare network.

What You'll Do as an Accounts Payable Clerk :

The Accounts Payable Clerk will handle essential AP and disbursement duties, including :

• Processing full-cycle AP : invoice entry, 3-way matching, purchase order review, and payment preparation.
• Reconciling vendor statements and responding to payment inquiries.
• Supporting disbursement runs, ensuring accuracy in check, ACH, and electronic payments.
• Maintaining AP logs, payment records, and audit documentation.
• Using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and a 10-key to maintain data accuracy.
• Operating within a shared services framework and ERP system (Workday or PeopleSoft).
