Accounts Payable Specialist

Join our client as an Accounts Payable Specialist! We're seeking an organized individual to process invoices, reconcile statements, and contribute to our continuous improvement efforts throughout the department.

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8a-5p ONSITE

Requirements of the Accounts Payable Specialist :

• Process vendor invoices and reconcile statements promptly
• Perform 3-way matching for each invoice to match the order
• Ensure accurate data entry and proper matching of invoices
• Input data and information into the company's ERP system
• Must be tech savvy and come from a high-volume AP background!
