Our community health center is a cornerstone of comprehensive primary care, serving as a critical resource for medically under-resourced communities. We integrate medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services to ensure our patients receive coordinated, all-encompassing care, often all under one roof.

Position Details : Clinic Hours :

• Mon / Tues / Fri : 8am-5pm, Wed / Thurs- 8am-8pm
• Your schedule : Mon / Tues / Friday : 8am-5pm and 11 : 30am - 8pm either W / TH with the other being 8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm.
• Evenings : one evening a week until 8PM, no weekends

Call schedule : none

Patient load : 12-16 per day + hygiene exams

Operatories : 6

Team : 1 dentist, dental hygienists, and dental assistants

Technology : State-of-the-art dental equipment including Scan-X Digital X-ray, GenDex

EHR : Epic Wisdom

Additional Duty : One day a week at Butler County site in Clarksville.

Requirements

DDS / DMD degree from an approved dental school
