Patient Financial Services Representative

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Services Representative to join their team in a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve financial transactions to ensure timely collection of expected payments and escalate issues when necessary

Complete daily work assignments accurately and in accordance with productivity and quality standards

Contact payers to facilitate timely resolution of accounts and verify insurance and patient demographics

Required Qualifications

1 year of experience in a medical billing office setting

Experience with MS Office

Experience with insurance follow-up and coordination of benefits

Familiarity with Epic, Brightree, Billing Bridge, or comparable software
