Job description

Job Overview :

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.
ssist new and existing clients with home purchases, refinancing, or home equity loans.
nalyze financial goals and recommend the best lending solutions.
Submit mortgage applications and help clients gather required documents.
Keep clients informed throughout the loan process.
Position requires SAFE Act registration and maintaining good standing with the federal registry system.

Responsibilities :

Provide excellent client care.

Communicate with clients and business partners by phone, email, and messaging.

Use multiple systems to assist clients and referral partners.

Follow established lending policies and processes.

Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services.

Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding service.

Required Qualifications :

Minimum 1 year of sales and mortgage experience.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Desired Qualifications :

Contact center experience.

Knowledge of loan products : Conventional, Jumbo, Government, FHA, HUD.

Familiarity with underwriting, closing, and federal lending regulations.

Strong consultative skills and ability to ask the right questions.

Work Schedule & Training :

Regular schedule : Monday-Friday, 10 AM-7 PM (Eastern).

Rotating Saturdays : 8 AM-3 : 30 PM.

Training : Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (approx. 8 weeks).

Training is 100% in-office, no time off allowed.

Post-training : Hybrid with 5 in-office days per month.

Compensation & Benefits :

Baseline incentive available for first 6 months.

Eligible for quarterly incentives based on performance.
