Job Description

Mirantis is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to support our global hiring across engineering, product, and customer-facing functions. This is a contract position for a strong individual contributor who can independently manage searches, build pipelines, and influence hiring outcomes in a distributed team. You'll play a key role in helping Mirantis scale hiring people who shape the core of our cloud-native platform, open-source products, and go-to-market execution.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles globally
• Drive direct sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
• Partner with hiring managers to shape profiles, define strategy, and deliver results
• Act as a recruiting advisor, providing insights on talent market conditions, sourcing feasibility, and hiring best practices
• Ensure a structured, timely, and professional candidate experience
• Use SmartRecruiters (ATS) to manage pipelines, reporting, and workflows
• Collaborate with a distributed Talent Acquisition team while owning your roles independently

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location
